(hd) Last Friday (15.08.2025) at 07:15, the employees of a construction company noticed damage to a construction machine parked on Neumarkstraße in Herford. As yet unknown perpetrators had apparently entered an area cordoned off by construction fences and smashed the rear window of an excavator with a fist-sized stone. The damage to property is estimated at several hundred euros. Possible witnesses are asked to contact the police on 05221 / 888-0.
